Cancellation & Refund Policies for Conference

Indian society of digital dentistry hopes everyone who registers for the conference will be able to attend; however, Indian society of digital dentistry knows extenuating circumstances do occur. The Indian society of digital dentistry cancellation and refund policies are as follows:

Conference refund and cancellation policy

The Indian society of digital dentistry conference cancellation and refund policy will be as follows to assure consistency and is applicable to the annual Indian society of digital dentistry conference.

• Conference registration cancelled on-line on ,or before October 1, 2022 is refundable but subject to a 1000 administrative fee.
• Registrants cancelling on or after October 1, 2022 will not receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual; the invoice for the new registration will be revised to reflect the new registrant’s membership status.
• In the event Indian society of digital dentistry must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, Indian society of digital dentistry will refund the cost of registration.

Unforeseen circumstances defined for refund and cancellation policies:

Unforeseen circumstances is used to describe an event that is unexpected and prevents Indian society of digital dentistry from continuing with a conference, training, or webinar. Examples of such circumstances can include, but are not limited to, inclement weather or other natural disasters, site unavailability, technology challenges, and presenter absence.
